When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 day

What does shipping cost?

Each product has a flat rate of $8 shipping nationwide unless it's a rural delivery which will be a flat rate of $12

What about bigger items?

We use a network of contract movers to help us move our pieces all over the country. If there is a bigger item that you would like shipped, just message us with your address and we can get you a quote for free. Our quotes are always at a competitive price. 

We do deliveries ourselves across Auckland at a $35 delivery fee.

Can we click and collect?

Sure can, you can choose to pick up your goodies from our house - that's where we are based. We have a contactless pick-up point, just keep an eye out for our email to organise a pick up time and the address .

Do you do returns or exchanges?

Unless the goods are damaged in transit, we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

Due to the nature of second hand goods we will not be taking any form of returns or exchanges on our products. All flaws are described in the product details. Please think carefully with each purchase.
